scaneo.io provides automated security scanning services for domains, IP addresses, and web applications. Our Service uses over 150 tools to detect potential security vulnerabilities and misconfigurations in your digital infrastructure.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3. User Authorization and Permissions

By using our Service, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

• You have legal authority to authorize security scans on the target domain(s), IP address(es), or web application(s) you submit to our Service.
• You are the owner of the target infrastructure, or you have obtained explicit written permission from the owner to conduct security scans.
• You understand that unauthorized scanning of systems you do not own or have permission to scan may be illegal and could result in civil or criminal liability.
• You grant us permission to perform automated security scans on the targets you specify using our scanning infrastructure and third-party cloud providers.

We are not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your use of our Service on systems you do not have authorization to scan.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting scan requests, including valid email addresses and target domains/IP addresses.
• Only submit targets that you own or have explicit permission to scan.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Not use our Service for any malicious, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
• Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt our Service or servers.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any security reports you receive.

5. Third-Party Infrastructure

Our scanning Service operates on third-party cloud infrastructure providers. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

• Scans are executed from cloud provider infrastructure, not directly from scaneo.io servers.
• We rely on third-party services for computing resources, storage, and network connectivity.
• The availability and performance of our Service may be affected by third-party providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• scaneo.io, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
